suspension mounting gaskets ..

Just wondered if anybody bothers replacing the shock mounting gaskets (between the top mount and the turret) when refitting thier suspension, if so, where do you get em from?

i always did, even put them on the coilovers and you can get them from nissan funnily enough.

Are they a cost effective part? By that, I mean relatively cheap but with a noticeable difference? - I saw some Nismo ones somewhere, but didn't want to take the struts out if it makes no real difference.

they stop the strut corroding into the turret, thats about it, its a cardboardish gasket, nothing fancy

Oh - I must have seen something else then; it was a rubber thing looked a bit like the Tein pillowball part for their struts.
