standard rods are fine gregg but do use arp rod bolts with them!
dont waste your money with head bolts as the nissan stock ones are more than up for the job.
power wise who knows!!! but they will handle what most people can chuck at them bhp wise unless your building an absolute monster of a car lol
btw the seats were collected today so should be with you tomorrow or wednesday, il get the others collected after xmas
