just bought a stainless very nice looking 4 branch exhaust manifold and was just wondering what sorta perfermance increase i could expect from it once fitted???? I'm guessing it'll give me alot more torque than Bhp.

mods so far , mongoose with decat , unknown intake kit , flutter type BOV , recent new standard turbo , running 1.1 bar (not sure y yet) , 17"s , hopefully get a fmic soon .

they can give good results,

however who made the manifold ???

as some are manafactured better than others, for example there is the Cruise Power manifold, that will give massive power gains as alot of development went into it.

on the other hand it might not fit yhe GTI-R especially if its just a SR20 manifold and not a GTI-R specific manifold. it will bolt on but the turbo will be poistioned in a slightly different place and won't clear the radiator. If this is the case you will need to modify the flange for the turbo mount.
