squeal when steering

When doing a three point turn this morning there was a squeal coming from the engine bay when i went near full lock left or right on the steering wheel, anybody know what this is?

Is the power steering fluid low.

Check your fluid - if not that check the tension on the PS belt - if that's fine the belt's on it's way out... replace it
