How do you know your rpm is 7500 if the gauge isn't working? :?

Have you fitted anything that takes a feed from the tacho signal?

how do i now if the tacho signal is perfect?!

have a fiddle with the wires goin into the back of your clocks, and also the wires from your ecu, as it may just be a loose wire, the ecu runs the tacho btw. :)

I had the exact same problem with mine, I checked everything and it annoyed me for days. Turned out to be the gauge. So I would suggest trying someone elses first to see if it is the gauge or not, before getting out the multimeter and going crazy :)
