Radiator Fans, an so on...

Ive had the engine droped, and taken out the air con
and now my rad fans arent going, neither is my oil temp
any ideas?, would the removing of the aircon cause any probs?

any help would be cool

possibly forgotten to reconnect the temp sensors? (oil and water)
(or damaged some connections)

and unplugged/broken water temp sensor will effect the rad fans...
