is it safe to fit a 1.3psi to my rad or should it be 1.1psi :?:

it will be fine

raising the system pressure primarily increases the boiling point of the coolant, which is a good thing

but you need to check that your radiator is rated to that pressure, otherwise leaky leaky, but it should be cool

Yes i found out the hard way and it blew... NISMO 1.3bar Rad Cap... But i think my rad was on its way out anyway...
