Quick shifts

Can anyone advise me on which quick shift gear lever to get. I've heard some good and bad storys about some of them.
I know b&m make them, are there any other companys who make them :?:

the person u need to ask is v................ive been told all though one of the most expensive is the b@m shift is the best

as well as bm,i believe that hks also do 1.

i have a b and m for sale as it goes lol there there best as far as im aware mate i no the cheap copy's on other cars dont last dunno bout the gtir tho

i've got the B&M one have had it on my R for nearly 3 years and have been very happy with it, was easy to fit and made a hell of a difference!
