I think you can get them from here Supplier of car body panels for most makes of car you have to email them tho

I have a set of sills I bought from the people Dave mentioned when I was fixing my one up and didn't use them as the sills on mine turned out to be ok.
Got OS and NS - 5 door ones, but they are known to work.
