main beam fault

ive got a fault on my main beam drivers side. i have no head light on driver side to and when i put main beam on, no light on dash 2 say main bean is on. n/s side is working fine and tested then replaced blub blub ok too.

is the drivers side head light fused?
if so where is it as tested all fuses in fuse box in car

As you look at the engine bay the fuse box for the headlights, Horn etc are over on the right hand side near the battery. One fuse for RH side and one for left If its not the fuse its more than likely the connector to the bulb is knackered. If its gone a bit crispy round the edges then you probably have a wire disconnected within the Block connector. You can just open these up to check.

Its easy enough.. Had to rewire mine yesterday as I thought I had a bulb gone but it turned out to be the connector instead.

Yeh, check the connector, they are famous for going cripsy / loose.

I put a new connectors on mine yesterday too :shock:
