Insurance and tax for a month

I'm coming home from the States on the 21st and staying for a month, can I get the R insured and taxed for a month? Would it be worth it?

Would cost a fair amount for insurance and you would end up paying for 2/3 months tax by the time you have sent it back to the DVLA.

Most insurance companies offer a 2 week period to cancel you insurance. I did this once for my GTR and the cancellation fee was only £50. Not that anyone would do this on purpose ;-)

Is it worth it, it would be to me but I'd also be expecting high fuel costs.

There is a company on the net called Day insure, now strictly they only insure non modded cars, if you're over 23 and say its not modded then you should be ok.

^^^^^ Use dayinsure all the time for my mates to drive my car`s, 5 days use of my pulsar cost us 60 quid.
This wont allow you tax the car buddy, but i will be able to tax it for you with my traders policy if beed be boss.

Legend Davie, I'll keep ya posted on this. I might just insure it with Elephant and cancel it, I'll see, I'll phone Dayinsure as well. How does the tax thing work though, on the traders policy?
