Helicoil size for Cam Cap bolts?

Chaps, need a quick bit of info:

Does anyone know what size helicoil is needed for the cam cap bolts? I've got a hunch it's M6 x 1, but I couldn't swear to it.

All answers gratefully received! (ideally the right one though, lol)

Time Serts are better than helicoils.

They are a solid insert as opposed to a coil of wire, the kits are easy to use.

Pretty sure it's M6 but would need to check to be 100%.
