gearbox re-build syncro?

Does anyone know where i could get a gearbox syncro set for the gtir? i am rebuilding the gearbox at the moment and struggling to get hold of any parts the internals of the gearbox. has anyone re-build one before if so where did the parts come from many thanks steve
