Interesting result on the Gtx, well done and thanks for posting up. My reading of this is the Gtx gives an extra 5% over the Gt but with no downside.

Thinking of the other thread, can a Gtx run more boost to get closer to a 500hp target or is a 3076 the realistic minimum?

With a proper manifold on a t3 flange it will do 500...but tbh you would be better with a 76hta as it will do more with the same responce and come on at the same rpm

Ed, do you think this tubby would make 500bhp and how does it compare with a gtx/hta3076

It drives really good pal! I've just brought it back today and it has a really good, very strong smooth pull to it!

A suggestion by Ed if I wanted to get more power would be a proper manifold and he would expect that to break 500 horses! I'm happy with it as it is though TBH, I wanted 450 and with the good job he's done, he's smashed it!!
