Well today, i decided to have a go at replacing the leads rotor button and distributer cap, and the fuel filter cause the car was missing
And when i took the old fuel filter off(the car has done 2000klm since fitting so near new)
the fuel that came outa it felt very oily, not like normal fuel...(is this somthing to worry about.
and when u blew through it a lot less air got through it then did the new one...so i presume it was bloked.
ALSO WANTED TO DO THE WATER TEMP SENSOR BUT I COULDNT FIND IT ANYWHERE, LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD BE AN EASY JOB IF U CAN GET TO IT...WHERE EVA IT BELONGS.
BUT AM NOW HAPPY AS THERES NO MISSING.

(Still got the problem that the car doesnt rev out to the limiter freely when the oil is at 90deg.
BUT ON TUES IT WILL BE ON THE ROLLERS AGAIN TO CHECK THAT ONE OUT....)
LUKE..

Dunno if it will help but i changed loads of fuel filters at work, you should see the colour of the fuel that comes out of them, really manky sometimes, shows that they are doing their job
