exhaust manifold to turbo joint (help)

right my exhaust has started to blow thought it was the gasket on the down pipe was gone however further investigation has revilled that it is blowing between the exhaust manifold and turbo joint there are 4 bolts that hold the joint but they are screwed from the bottom up and there doesnt seem to be a way to get to them,any idears?or will the the whole turbo manifold set up have to come out as one then split it? :evil: :evil:

i took it all of in one go mate manifold turbo and elbo was easyer as the bolts are a pain in the arse plus there probable rusted on there

I had the same problem, except three of the nuts were missing! :eek:

You have to remove manifold/turbo in one, I'd recommend refitting the nuts along with shake proof washers.

Yeah me to, twice now ! Had to take the manifold off and do it, i have got it down to about 4 hours now :D

cheers lads will give it a go next weekend when i can get the motor in the shed!
