chain tensioner needed?

hi there after years almost gave up on car 7yrs of road. sold my bmw e60 decided to sort out and go old school. changed botttom end. sorted that. started her up smooth for a hour then rattling. need a chain tensioner. then hopefully storted. ready for 20 anniversary show. advises on where to find a good tensioner from thanks
