Boost Problem?!

Im running 12psi at the moment, and the car wont boost any further than that with the t - piece fully wound to maximum and even taken off!
Other recent problems are its sticking on 5psi for a second then moves again to 12...
I took the exhaust off incase of blockage but still does it...

Any help would be great!

Thats wierd, it should defo overboost with the line disconnected..... Have you checked for any blocked boost lines?

still have the same problem just isnt sticking on 5psi anymore...
