Just some small explanations on the elbows....because it seems that some people do not understand certain things
-The elbows have mild steel flanges du to the fact that mild steel does not warp or distort in time like stainless
-The O2 sensor bung will be also made from mild steel because, on stainless the thread will lock due to the heat.

Please tell me if I am being stupid but what are the benefits of changing the elbow? I haven't had a chance to see a standard elbow yet.

By the way...I want to ask you guys something.

Not the surface of the elbows is a bit rough because of the welding, fabrication and so on.

If I will start to polish them (not mirror like finish ....but slightly polished) it will take me a couple of days more.

Anyway the elbow is not a bling bling part (because it's hidden away under the turbo) and it will get brown'ish in just 1000 mile because of the heat.

Can I leave them as they are and proceed with shipping?
