I guess so if you can ensure you are not having many 90 degree bends and the flow is as smooth as it can be.

I have a cheap auto88 thing on mine and never really had any noticable issues with "lag" even with the 3071r fuck it was the quickest car I have driven.

I think another question would be how long does it take for the heat soak to "go away" when moving again

I would love to know how the re-cored top mount fares. What kind of power are you hoping for? I have been thinking recently about re-cored top mounts and charge coolers as I need to redo my pipework so keen to explore other avenues.

Well my turbo is good for upto 430 bhp so that would be the max, I'd of thought it will end up between 350 and 400 though.

It's more at what speed you need to be traveling at before you see a drop in engine temps .On my standard set up it was around 45/50 mph .
