Best Injector Cleaner ???

hi guys, what would u recommend as the best injector cleaner to use?

I have been advised to use Wynns Injector cleaner (one bottle lasts 12,000 miles) and costs around £15.

Any other recomendations or experiences would be great.

the best option is to get the injectors ultrasonicly cleaned and flow tested. This will cost a bit more tho. I have used redex injector cleaner on a few N/A cars way back when and that worked quite well. I always did it with a full tank on a long motorway run.

Place by me cleans & tests them for £40 + vat



Remember when I had my old Cav Turbo injectors cleaned, car seemed to run a lot smoother.

I think most of it is snake juice but have heard good things about the 10k boost. As RSnissan says a good long run can work wonders if you do a lot of town driving.

When you ultrasonicaly clean your injectors, how long do you do them?
I presume there wouldn't be any bad effects in cleaning them for about 10 hours (put them in at work and forgot about them )
