Currently running a forge B.O.V, it came already fitted when i bought the car, iv been meaning to change it to something a little less agressive & noisy

any recomendations ?

What are you thinking of that's less noisy? - The best thing for that would be a recirculating one.

I have a spare calder racing dump valve, I have same on my track r. It's not load only really hear it if you give it some revs.
