Arch Trim removal?

Just wondering i remember seeing a post about this before but cant find it in the search. It about removing the arch trims how is this done?? How are they stuck on??

hi mate they are bolted on from behind ,spray them with plenty of wd40
first ,there are 4 bolts ,3 are 8mm and 1 is a torx headed nut ,sorry can't remember what size but it needs to be one with a hole in the torx bit

the torx bit will come off with grips

Thanks for the replies. Wanted to know what tools to use rather than get annoyed and end up breaking them off! il give it a go. one had to be a torx head! Annoying.
