Hub has been sent off to the factory for a brake kit to be developed :D
Cheers "the chief"
However could somebody provide me with the length of the OEM brake pipe?

Waiting on info back for the manifold.
Still need the length of the OEM front brake pipe

Manifold is now back with me, untested, give me a bell if you to be the new test person.

PLEASE take note of the conditions with this test
I need somebody to quickly test this for fit, and for this service I'll do it and a stupidly low price of £50 !! :hail:
However if I dont get feedback and pictures of it fitted by e-mail 14 days after I post it out I WILL charge your card a further £150. So please be aware of the terms, and only ask for it if you can fit it straight away.

Kev... OEM FBP is 510mm with support braket fitting 210mm from caliper.
My braided hoses came in two parts to fit bracket.

I'm not in a position to test but if the manifold fit's I'd be interested in one... ;-)

Im testing the manifold this week so fingers crossed it should all fit up ok, the ports are oval shape, the gaskets match up ok to the flanges, will have to see how the tubby and elbow all fit.

Does this mean that if all fits and runs ok, the final selling price for the manifold will be around £200.

Are the flanges stainless or are they chrome plated mild steel ?

What are the welds like on the insides of the pipe (can you see them or feel with your fingers)

Development of "Apex" coilovers for the pulsar has started :D

Cheers Braveheart, thats what I needed :D

I wouldnt read too much into the quality of the manifold materials, the flange and pipe spec will be changed for my production run. Welds will be of similar quality.

Brakes will retail starting at £855 with road pads, £925 with DS2500 and £955 with DS3000, all using 330mm x 32mm rotors and our 8-piston caliper.

356mm will be available at £999, £1069 and £1099.

Those are full kit prices, bells, rotors, brakets, braided lines, calipers and pads.

I'll be able to sort some sort of discount for a group buy on introduction, as long as you dont mind waiting for sea-frieght.

The welds look good to me as i weld too, the insides have been fettled with an abrasive wheel to smooth things out abit but this is only a test piece as ive been told, went on without any problems though and looks nice with my stainless elbow too!

Kev, was that your Ksport stand at TOTB? Just I noticed the APEX marking on the floor, but nothing on the stand:?

Pulsarboy - thats great, just send it to me and how you would like the postage paying.

Rishi :D Once the fronts are sorted I'll be sending you a PM about a Group buy ;)

I'll then start work on the rears, we have kits that work with the S13-200SX, 350Z and skyline drum handbrakes, is the GTiR a Drum handbrake? For the S14 which has a caliper-handbrake we have to first change the handbrake to a drum using S13/Z32/R33 components and thenfir out kit.

Fast Guy - Yeah, Apex were @ TOTB as K-sport, most shows I tend to send a K-Sport stall as its the most wide reaching brand. Apex is mainly for 200SX's and other related Nissans, PPG is very specialised with its gearbox market.

the gtir is a caliper on the rear, not a drum set up. cheers
Just to add to this Kev, on the GTiR rear brake set up, the caliper is used for handbrake duty, as well as for stopping. The GTiR rear disc setup, doesn't incorporate a drum within the disc, for use as a separate handbrake.
