another clutch thread

First.. where do you guys buy your clutches?

Secondly: My R will soon(someday) be making 400hp so I need a stronger clutch.. I Like the idea of not choosin a BIG POWER clutch wich will just make the gearbox pop. Rather a little bit of slipping than a new gearbox..
I dont want to start another endless clutch tread.. but would like to know the actual difference between organic and paddle?

Maybe that will help me decide..

Got my Helix from Powerstation- (not sure what power/torque they can take though) :)
