Yeah it would cause a catastrophic mess to a huge industry if something like this did come into force in a bad way...

If you actually read it the document is more about checking tractors that exceed 40kmh as they are being used as much as lorries for short haul work, trailers that exceed 3.5 tonne and motorcycles as the death rate from said viehcles is rising......i actua;;y agree with the above fro tractors and trailers being tested as some of them are far from fit to be used for the purpose.

I work at an agricultural dealer and its scary some of the trailers etc that farmers have deemed road worthy :shock:
