What have you already got? - At the very least you need to remap for it to be recognised; the Z32 has more overhead for airflow, so you can run a bigger turbo (that moves a larger volume at the same boost) etc.

With those mods you will also need an ECU remap as George suggested.

Probably the cheapest and easiest is to go Nistune daughterboard and then tune.

You won't really see and 'gains' specifically from the z32 maf. But It will allow the ecu to sense a larger volume of air over the stock maf and allow you to tune the higher flow properly.

Depends on your power goals, but going by your turbo then 550/600 cc should do it, or 700cc if you lpan on changing the turbo for something bigger in the future.

also remember, with all the extra giddy-up you will need some WHOA, so think about upgrading the brakes and maybe some suspension tweeks wouldn't go astray.

I have the kad big brake kit in front and tarox big discs rear

Only lowering springs and strutbars right so planning on some handling upgrades

Which would you recommend?
