wonky wipers

My wipers don't park at the bottom of screen .
You can push them up and down the screen they have some resistance but are not solid and also once above 85mph the wind gets under the wipers and the go up the screen.
Why would they do this ?

Do you need to release the nut, relocate them, then torque it back up? - Mine only park like that when I cut the power in the middle of a wipe; otherwise they sit at the bottom of the screen and are quite resistant to wind and road speed.

Yeah itll be loose at the mounting. Undo them sit them down and retighten them.

You might need to add a washer under thr nut to give it more bite.
