Water temp gauge

Where abouts does everybody`s temp gauge sit?
Heres a pic of mine and am positive it used to sit perfectly up and down, but not drove it in ages so cant really say.

Fan cuts in and out as it should, and since fitting my uprated radiator cap to 1.3 BAR the water pipes are deffo firmer,. (Just had a head gasket done on it)
Still bleeeding it up the now, with letting it heat up and cool down and checking the level of it.

Once at running temp, mine used to be at, or a little over, 12 o'clock on the gauge.

Then I fitted some heat range 8 (colder) NGK plugs and noticed the water temp was slightly lower, more like where yours is.

The plugs are not fouled at all, so its all good! Yours looks fine imo.

Magic cheers, just am positive before i rebuilt the engine it sat higher a bit,but i did change some of the wiring loom and put new plugs on them, so prob getting a bteer connection now.
