Vibration over 3k

Hi guys
another issue on the car when I get over 3k I get vibration threw thew floor pan and whole car really any ideas why?

Flatspots? Has the car sat for a while? And the usual tracking / balancing etc

Yes sat around for a whole, and no flat spots

Could be a wheel balancing issue?

I had similar, however when I had my tyres changed it went away.

If its stood standing for a while then i would say its tyres tbh

There's an easy way to test that. - Does it still vibrate with the car stationary and out of gear?

If it's only when you're driving, then it's most likely a wheel/tyre issue. - How's the steering; any chance it's a wheel bearing?

Steering is heavy
tyre pressure are 32
its like the exhaust rubbing on the body type but isn't and doesnt feel/sound great when you tap the throttle but the engine mounts look fine

Check the front ARB mounts/bolts as mine came loose and was similar effects.

Could be anything really but something is probably coming in contact with body,
check exhaust, my intercooler jubillee clip rubbed on my strut brace and gave me issue
