Turbo Timer!

I've bought a GReddy turbo timer for my Pulsar but I'm having trouble locating the speed sensor cable that it needs to connect to to display the real time speed of the car Any ideas? Has anyone else had this problem before? I literally don't know which cable it is! Cheers

There should be a red wire and a green wire going into one of the plugs on the back of the instrument pack. These wires come from the speed sensor.

Thanks for your reply but what do you mean the instrument pack? Is that in the back of the ECU or one of the wires that goes in the speedo in the dash? I don't have a Haynes manual and the book that came with the car is in Japanese :x so I haven't got a lot to go on! Thanks

Hmm... Not working!

I connected the speed sensor cable to the red cable on the back of the dash but it didn't work. The speedo reads zero on the turbo timer.

Can anyone help? :?

The instrument pack=the pod thing with the speedo/tacho and the rest of the stuff on it.

See here, I don't know if it will give you any clues to help you. It's fro delimiting tho, not fitting a turbo timer.

I used the speedo output on the back of the ecu for my blitz turbo timer
