torque settings

hi first off would like to say hi as im new to the forum.
could any one help me or point me in the right direction of where i can get the torque settings for the conrod bolts and sump bolts on a h reg gtir import iv lookt in the technical data book and it dose not list them. thanks adam.

i think ive got them somewhere, i'll have a look for ya when im home and if i have i'll edit my post and list them.
