ssqv on intercooller pipe

i see not many people have bunged the dump valve pipe
and placed the blow off valve on the intercooller pipe...
is it safe to do this as i would like to tidy up that part of the engine

Yes its perfectly safe matey, Lots of people have them fitted that way, Me included ;-) .

That's how my HKS SSV BOV is fitted ;-)

as long as you weld the correct flange on and dont rely on some duct tape jobbie to hold it together. :lol:

I have a spare HKS flange if anyboady needs it.

purchased the flange (have to say done it on the cheap and got a zena kit £25) how do you put the blow off valve on to the flange is it just a simple screw on job...

what difference does it make coming off the intercooler? had this on my rover coupe a while back

Think they have an o-ring and a circlip.

Use some circlip plyers (sp)
