£65 is abit steep, I reckon they should be abit nearer £50.
If you doing the works on the service you'll need plugs, leads, rotor arm, dizzy cap, fuel filter, air filter, oil filter (15208 70J00 £5.20) , sump crushable washer, gearbox/transfer/rear diff oils. I think that's about it.

10w 60 millers
though my tuner (JPS motorsport, supra specialists) used valvoline 5w 50 which worked a treat too

The standard plugs are platinum tipped so should need replacling las often as normal plugs.................they are good for about 60k. Just check the gaps and replace them if u are getting any probs like misfire or if u upped the boost to more than a bar

also flush the rad, top up screen wash, and clean out the intercooler and oil seperator with petrol and dump some injector cleaner and 10k boost in to clear out the system. it makes a BIG difference. :D
