rocker cover bolts

I made a wee mistake when doing my rocker cover gasket, i over tighten 2 bolts and have casued them too strip one comes off but the other wont, i can get it off if needs be, but can these bolts been replaced as they go into the head.

did you notice that the bolts are actually studs/locators, if the 10mm m6 nut is stripped and taken stud thread then yes these can be replced. if it is the lower part of the stud that is stripped then it can still be replaced but will require the head to be heli-coiled.
