rev counter

Hi all

just a few things ocasionaly i think that the rev counter sticks when im going gentley

seems fine when giving it some dont think the clutch is slipping as seems to be pulling fine in all gears

also what is the normal idle speed as reading a post about high idel mines sits about 1300 rpm that about normal.

high idel mines sits about 1300 rpm that about normal.

should be 900ish..
there is a adjust screw right there below the intake on the plenum.
and ther is also 4 individual for each throttlebody. on top. (covered with rubbercap mayby)

had to bottom all of them to get mine to 850-900ish........
(it mostly rises because rised flow throught enigine, like intake and exhaust upgrade)

My rev counter used to flick about and stick in different positions so i got a dash off ebay and changed it over. Maybe yours is on its way out.

was it the full dash you changed or just the rev counter

also only does this in third and fifth gears u think its the clutch as doing it when booting as well
