Rattle when pushing clutch release fork

Evening all,

On the clutch fork sticking out of the box, if i push mine it rattles when not under slight preload.
Shall i throw a new release bearing on when i change my box again or is this normal when not under slight preload?

My old r done that, when i done the engine rebuild, i replaced the release bearing, and it was all sorted

iv got a realease bearing from an exedy organic if its any good to ya was only on the car 6 month
