Power limit for standard rods?

Hey guys - does anyone have an idea what the standard rods in the red top SR20DET are rated to? With reliability in mind obviously.

isnt it approx 400bhp, not sure on the torque figure tho

with arp rod bolts u wont break them before the standard box goes i think its fair to say
no one has broken a rod through power alone in fact not many at all break
ive run bog standard rods upto 460 bhp and all the engines are still going strong today as far as i know ( 3 engines in total one had arp bolts)

Blimey. To say I'm a little surprised is an understatement - I wouldn't have thought the rods could stand punishment like that to be honest.

or if you up the rev limit as its generally higher revs that kill rods
