now you have installed phantom grip on your R?
why you not install modena lsd?

you advise me to buy phantom grip and use it on road and track days?

He's a Guy in Newcastle who races a Gtir. He told me it had 580bhp and 480lbft torque. (at least I think that's what it was. more than Rob had by a fair bit anyway)

I think so. He had 2 when I was there. He was going to swap the most of the stuff over to the better black shell.

Odin, when you say a machine shop has to fit one, why?

He says the spider gears need trimming to fit the kit inside the diff. Its on one of his previous posts

U pay for what u get in summary. A proper clutch pack lsd is still the preferred choice.
Unless u've the money to get special active diffs like on rally cars.
