Oil leaking/Dipstick

Whenever i have the chance to go on a "private track" and warm the engine up properley, i notice theres loads of smoke coming from the vent on the bonnet.

After a few times, i figured it was oil but from where...
Got it steam cleaned and couldnt tell where it was leaking from, when i drive normally, there is no leakage.

So back to the "private track", same thing again now. Oil splattered, i check and its the dipstick. Checked it again and its the dipstick coming loose.

Now any real reason why the dipstick shoots out? Another Gti-r owner said the bottom end might be on its way out and its compression is very high thats why it spits out the dipstick.

Im putting a new dipstick in and seeing how thats going to hold, but can it be my bottom end?

this could mean a weak piston ring seal causing a high crank case pressure?

Cheers for that mate. Is it a big job?
I had the compression checked across all 4 cylinders and the mechanic said it was fine.

Sound like a blocked breather causing excess crank case pressure. Do a search on this subject as it's been covered many times before.
