No Compression, White Smoke, No Oil Pressure?

Right guys im after some advice on what this is. I know i wont know for sure untill the engine is stripped down but just some advice from your experience.

The car is completely standard, as soon as it is started and stood on idle it chucks out a hell of a lot of white smoke (not because its cold). On cold start up and idle the standard oil pressure is fine, starts off at 5-6 but as soon as it starts to get warm the oil pressure gauge shows 0.

Engine is very quiet and there is no sound of any knocking although i cant be sure of this.

Ive just done a compression test and the results were 150 - 150 - 0 - 150

Also havent got the kit needed to do a leak down test so thats out of the equation untill i can get it to a garage.

Also noticed when i took the top mount intercooler off there was oil in there and the pipework.

Also there is a very small amount of white mayo type substance on the oil cap when removed.

Im hoping its just the head gasket but Ideas?

holed or badly damaged piston or bent valve in a nutshell
remove rocker cover and check its not thrown a rocker on that cylinder which could be holding a valve down ; )
