Misfire

I have just seemed to pick up a misfire :cry: It happens when i boot it between 4krpm upwards. Any ideas :?: Could it be a fault with my Power FC as my idle is still abit nutty

yeah could be if you have a mulitmeter you could check the resistance in the leads, not sure what the reading is suposed to be though :( but i would check for water first had it happen to me a few times

The norm is water in plug 1.
Water get down the side of the lead and fooks the plug up.I find with the HKS ones that once the plug gets wet it fooked for good.
Do you have the vents open in your bonnet, if so block it off.

I have taken the vents off the bonnet but i have a sparkplug cover which covers all the plugs. Is it possible that the water could of seeped under and fooked one :?:

not likely, thats the idea of them to stop the water getting in :wink:
still worht checking though its only a 5 minute job if you have a front mount, if not id suggest twatting a set of leads on her, and maybe a fuel filter if that has not been changed recently
