Lowering the radiator

I want to fit an rx7 intercooler for short pipe run .
Has anyone done this , been looking at trying it myself, looks like the bottom brackets that hold the rad need to be moved or is there another way .
Or is there a smaller rad that can be used in place of the original.

yeah mate I know after lost of measuring decided Theres not enough room because of the bonnect catch as I wanted to mount it just infront of the rad as there's a nice looking flat
. But I've found another intercooler I can use that I'm about to buy which has the inlet and outlet on same side, then I'm going to move the rad more towards the drivers side . Which will give me enough room

let us know how you get on and stick some pics up, i'm cutting out the crossmember and making a new tubular one to mount my rad so i'll post pics when i do it, won't be till this winter mind
