I am looking at trying to find a good set of shocks at the moment.
Leda is looking like my best option at the moment as i want bump and rebound ajustment.

There are other companies i have spoken to but they want £1000.00 + VAT per corner with springs on top.

Leda Stuff is great value for the money and is excellent peice of equitment, the only complaint that i would have with there shocks are that they are heavey. But then if they do what you what you can loose the wheight some were else.

You will find they start at around £1400.00 for a set of coilovers and then £200.00 for a set of springs.

if they are heavy they should be strong!!
i only use my car for fast road and track days so they should be good.
which is the best spring rate to go for?
