Lean air fuel ratio

My car has tick over of 1500 rpm and my AEM air fuel gauge shows 16 AFR to sometimes off the scale (eg greater than 18 ) air fuel ratio:shock:

I thought the lambda sensor corrected this to 14.7 approx (closed loop), do you think my sensor is fu*ked

also i have std turbo and full boost (of 1.2bar) comes in at 4-5K rpm is this normal?

Sounds fairly normal to be to be honest.
