I do my weekend for all under 200 sheets :thumb:
If anyone wants to go I'm more than welcome point you in the right direction to save a few quid!
Personally I camp with a few mates (yes I have some), however if people have never been before you are welcome to join us?

Thats the same figures as i have off a mate who does it every years. think tickets cost £120-150 per person for the entire weeks camping and event tickets
where abouts do you camp at the track?
would be awesome if we could get a load of Rs to go together and set up camp?

I camp in Blu Nord, always been a blast at that site, never any problems.
Great banter with other English fans and the Dutch are always a hoot when you are sh*tfaced!
As for going in the GTiR, I leave it at home! I have over 1000miles to cover that week. With the GTiR being stripped out and track ready I couldn't be arsed going that far with such a din, no radio and unable to hold a conversation with someone - its just barmy!
We just jump in a couple of TDi's, loaded with equipment, brimmed to the top with juice and set off down the motorway at night.
Cost wise this year gone (2010)
The ferry Dover -Dunkerque is:
Out = £11.00
Rtn = £11.00
Fuel surcharge = £ 6.00
Total = £28.00 per car (2 peeps per car)
£70.00 for the weekend ticket and £74.00 for one camping plot (2 peeps per plot)
So on that basis it would work out for one person to be:
£121 per person
Add fuel, say £60 in diesel
Total = £181
All you have to worry about then is a bit of food and drink!
..also to point out that £60 in fuel one way or per person (well it is for me)
Went last year, and will be going tomorrow.
May well be going in the Pulsar too, as the BMW we were planning on going in has developed a last minute engine problem Went in an ITR last year so shouldn't be too bad.
Probably do the Isle of Mann TT next year though just to be different.

I think that's where I stayed back in 07. Is that the one near the runway?
Well, turned out we did go in the Pulsar in the end as the BMW we were going in developed a fuel pump failure. Did very well, 850 miles round trip without any murmours at all.
Had a bloody good time, weather was pretty good throughout too.
