Jap -> UK rear number plate?

Looking at the Pulsar tailgate, the number-plate recess looks the same as for a Sunny...

Has anybody removed the Pulsar plastic number plate mount and successfully fitted one from a Sunny - with a rectangular UK plate?

i never liked my plate so i had it smoothed and the wiper and lock taken of and smoothed looks a lot better.

i`m sure you`ve got your reasons but i`m interested... why would you want to do this?

as shallow as it sounds the square plate is one of the reasons i wanted a pulsar and not a sunny.

rectangle plates look toss, look how many boy racers in nova`s change theirs for a square one.(not sure why thats agood reason but there ya go.[])
