Well leave them on standard unless u have done a load of other stuff to the engine. Workshop manuals should say.

Hey mate where did u get the cams from? and what was the best price that you saw, im in a debate wether to go hks or jun!!!

i,ve got loads done to my engine i had they before and i think they made alot of differnts. low range and mid range. i got them at import solutions in weston super mare tel 01934 419666 they are dealers of HKS.
