Head studs

Hi iv heard the gti-r has re usable head studs as long as they haven't stretched past a certain point does anyone know what the length is ?

Ive re-used the same studs but I didnt actually run the car. I fitted the head then realised I had to re-thread one of the outer bolt holes. Fitted the same ones again and theyve held for the last 4 or 5 years. Id use new ones if theyve been used and in a running car.
