yeah its worth spending a bit on the headgasket. looking back in hindsight i wish i had, i have a cometic. no problems so far tho and after a good seasons racing.
try www.rhdjapan.com

your headgasket bore should obviously be a slightly larger bore than your pistons.
yeah not had a problem with mine and i only drive it on the strip. i run 1.2 bar on a gt2871r moving up to 2 bar in the new year. so we'll see then lol

What thickness should i have? I got stock internals with new pistons. The pistons i buy will have the compretion ratio 8:5:1

as del boy would say from only fools & horses 'you know it makes sense':lol:

anyway back to bosso's question, if you want to keep a standard compression ratio then fit a 1.2mm gasket with your 8.5:1 pistons.
i would say your best off using an hks gasket which can be sourced from graham goode racing (you wont get cheaper) just tell them the piston diamater and they will give you the appropiate sized gasket.
if however you want to drop the compression ratio to run higher boost levels more safely then go for a 2mm gasket thickness, but this will make engine more laggy off boost.

What are "higher boost levels" in your opinion?
If going for a bigger turbo, even less response off boost would make it pretty annoying as a daily driver.
